Operations Associate

Operations Associate is responsible for pulling reports, fulfilling basic data requests, entering data into database systems and general administrative duties. Operations Associate will also be responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls to clients at Manager’s discretion.

  • Education:
    • High School diploma
  • Experience:
    • This is a full-time, entry-level position that does not require specific experience
    • Fast keyboarding skills
    • Professional office etiquette
    • Aptitude, curiosity, coachability, and a desire to learn are key characteristics needed

Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for product management and ensuring a high return on investment in the area of marketing. This is a highly visible role, that is responsible for aligning product launch activities, growth driving initiatives, and delivering customer driven solutions. Each Product Manager will serve as one of the primary staff members charged with the Strategic Marketing plan. This position is expected to uphold the mission and values established by the organization.

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Marketing degree is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Strong work ethic
    • 3 years’ experience as a Product/Marketing Manager is preferred.
    • Salesforce experience is a plus.
    • Startup project experience is a plus.
    • Healthcare industry experience preferred
    • Product management, customer service/relations and sales experience are a plus
    • Knowledge of HubSpot and social media platforms is a plus.
